Founder and Board member of CCE, Speaker and trainer in the cosmetics industry, VP of the Executive Comitee of 2023 IFSCC Congress, an active member of the board of the SEQC (Spanish Society of Cosmetic Chemists), of which she is currently VP-Past-President. 

After professional experiences made in microbiological laboratories and in cosmetic
regulatory, Ms. Nataša Špan became regulatory director at ECOGEA Institute in Ljubljana, Slovenia, est. 2017.
The ECOGEA Institute offers it clients a full set of compliance services including cosmetic product safety and regulation in accordance with EU law. In addition, ECOGEA provides natural and organic certification of cosmetic products and on full
implementation for GMP.

Dr. Struessmann publishes with various recognized journals in her area of expertise and provides workshops on a worldwide scale, as well as e-trainings; she also teaches at the Technical University RWTH Aachen International Academy. 

Dr. Struessmann is as well founding member and sitting president of Cosmetics Consultant Europe (CCE), the industry association for consultants to cosmetics, personal care products, fine chemicals and borderline industries.

Howard Epstein is Director of Technical Services for EMD Electronics, Surface Solutions, an affiliate of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, in Philadelphia. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacognosy from Union Institute & University, Cincinnati, Ohio.
With vast experience formulating cosmetics for leading brands, he’s an expert in his field. He has served as editor of the Journal of the Society of Cosmetic Science and is on the editorial board of dermatological journals. Howard has authored chapters in various cosmetic technology textbooks and holds eight patents. He received the prestigious Maison G. deNavarre Medial Award in 2020.
