Since 2012, she is co-founding Director of cosmeticsinMind, cosmetic engineering dedicated to cosmetic project management, new product creation and international regulatory consulting, as well as GMP implementation of cosmetic products.
Founder and Board member of CCE, Speaker and trainer in the cosmetics industry, VP of the Executive Comitee of 2023 IFSCC Congress, an active member of the board of the SEQC (Spanish Society of Cosmetic Chemists), of which she is currently VP-Past-President.

With vast experience formulating cosmetics for leading brands, he’s an expert in his field. He has served as editor of the Journal of the Society of Cosmetic Science and is on the editorial board of dermatological journals. Howard has authored chapters in various cosmetic technology textbooks and holds eight patents. He received the prestigious Maison G. deNavarre Medial Award in 2020.
